What to write about
Something is broken
Tell me what you were doing, which quest or world you were in, and what device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps more than a description. There is a small version stamp in the game's build; if you can include the page's URL, that is plenty.
An answer looks wrong
This is the most valuable message you can send, and it is never a bother. Quote the question as closely as you can and say which quest it came from. Answer keys — particularly in the grade 3 Olympiad papers — are hand-checked, but a wrong key that teaches a child the wrong thing is the worst failure this game can have, so corrections go out quickly.
Privacy, or deleting a child's data
Write and say what you want removed. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form. If you never signed in, you can do it yourself in seconds by clearing the site's data in your browser — see the privacy policy for both routes.
Using it in a school
No permission or licence is needed and there is no cost — just use it. If your school requires a data-processing note or a written statement before pupils may use a site, ask and I will send one. The parents' and teachers' guide covers the practical questions.
An advertisement that does not belong on a children's site
Please send a screenshot. Ads are served automatically and filtered for a family audience, but filters are imperfect, and a report lets me block a specific advertiser. This is a real help.
Suggestions
Requests for worlds, quests, topics and pets are welcome, especially from teachers and from children. Not everything can be built by one person, but suggestions have shaped a good deal of what is already in the game.
What I cannot help with
- Recovering progress that was stored only in a browser and then cleared — it never reached me, so there is nothing to restore.
- Advertising, sponsorship or link-exchange proposals. The site's only advertising is served automatically through Google AdSense; direct placements, sponsored posts and paid links are declined.
